ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Experience Spiritual Wellness

Steffi’s Spiritual Wellness is a space created to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and yourself.

Through yoga, sound healing, Reiki, energy work, movement, wellness coaching, and corporate wellness experiences, I offer a variety of practices designed to meet you wherever you are in your wellness journey.

Whether you’re looking for a personalized yoga session, a restorative sound bath, energetic support through Reiki, or simply a space to slow down and reconnect, each experience is created with intention and tailored to the individual or group.

I also bring wellness outside of the traditional studio through corporate wellness, private events, retreats, and group experiences. These offerings can include yoga, sound baths, meditation, breathwork, and other restorative practices designed to bring meaningful moments of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation into the workplace or event setting.

My approach combines my background in yoga, anatomy and movement, sound healing, nutrition, and energetic practices to support wellness from multiple perspectives. I believe there is space for both the physical and energetic sides of well-being, strengthening and understanding the body while also creating opportunities to slow down, restore, and reconnect.

You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what you need. My goal is to create a space where you can move, breathe, restore, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

ABOUT STEFFI

Hey there! I’m Steffi,a Las Vegas native and lover of all things wellness. I also love to learn, which has led me to collect quite a few certifications along the way (phew, it’s a lot!).

I’m a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Certified Sound Healer with 3+ years of experience, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Corrective Exercise Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Reiki II Practitioner. I also hold a degree in Business, giving me a unique background that blends wellness, education, and entrepreneurship.

My passion for yoga and holistic wellness started long before I began teaching. I was introduced to yoga at a young age through my aunt, Valerie Sorrentino, who is also a yoga instructor. Over time, I became increasingly interested in holistic and Eastern approaches to wellness after finding that traditional Western approaches didn’t always resonate with me. I absolutely believe Western practices have an important place, but I found myself especially drawn to practices that consider the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of our well-being as a whole.

My own journey with energy work began during a difficult transition in my life at 19, during the pandemic. I received guidance and energy work through BWellBalanced, and the experience had a profound impact on me. It helped me get back on my feet during a time when I really needed it. Ultimately this inspired me to become someone who could offer that same kind of support to others.

In 2023, I began my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Mojave Yoga Collective and quickly fell in love with teaching. I continued directly into my 300-hour training with the same program, completing my path to becoming a 500-hour RYT. Along the way, teachers including Kelsey Sellmen, Stephanie Smith, Arielle Trujillo, and Autumn Sellmen helped shape my understanding of yoga philosophy, movement, healing practices, and different wellness modalities. During my 200-hour training, I also received my Reiki I & II attunements, continuing my education in energy work.

As my teaching evolved, I wanted to deepen my understanding of the anatomical and physical body alongside the energetic and philosophical practices I had already studied. This led me to continue my education through NASM, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Corrective Exercise Coach. This education has allowed me to better understand anatomy, movement patterns, exercise, and how the body functions, knowledge that I can bring back into the way I teach and support others.

Today, I bring these different areas together through yoga, sound healing, Reiki and energy work, movement, and wellness coaching. My approach is rooted in the idea that wellness doesn’t have to exist in just one world. There can be value in understanding anatomy and movement while also making space for mindfulness, energy work, restoration, and Eastern practices.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention: I want to help people feel supported in becoming well again; or in maintaining the goodness they’ve already created in their lives.

Whether someone is moving through a difficult season, reconnecting with their body, or simply needing a place to slow down, my goal is to hold a space where they can genuinely restore.

A space to move.
A space to breathe.
A space to reconnect with themselves.

Ultimately, I hope the work I offer can make even a small part of the difference that my own teachers and healers have made for me, helping people restore their physical body, reconnect with their inner self, and move toward a more beautiful state of being.
